Research & Training The Centre has been organizing international/ National Workshops on various issues related to natural resource management and sustainable development. The major themes being covered under the workshops are: Environment Impact Assessment (EIA), EIA Methodologies, and Case Studies in EIA, Watershed Management Environmental Sensitivity of River Basins and Natural Resource Management. The training programmes are aimed at administrators, planners, engineers, foresters, NGOs to familiarize them with the need for internalizing environmental concerns in developmental plans.
